Once again it is time for the quarterly bloggy giveaway from BloggGiveaways.com running the week of January 26. I have joined several of the giveaways and had a great time meeting a lot of new people and finding fabulous new blogs to read.

This time around I am giving away some items that will be great to help you relax after exercising or a long day.
A two pack of Homedics mini massagers, plus a $5.00 Target gift card. The mini massagers are absolutely amazing if you have never tried them. They help to ease muscle tension after a work out, are fabulous to take on vacation, or even to pack in a birthing bag.
If the comments break the mark from last time, I will toss in something else for the winner. I will give them their choice of some of the knitted washcloths that I have made. The winner will be able to select the colors they would like. Here are some examples below.

Hmm… I like flavored rice cakes. The plain ones are too bland for me, but I like the caramel and the cheese. I don’t know that they’re GOOD for you but they at least aren’t bad!

I love fuji apples with peanut butter… yum
I like to snack on grapes, preferably black ones. They curb my appetite and taste delcious.
I always keep almonds around to snack on. They tend to satisfy me when I need something crunchy.
I love to have fruit, especially pineapple and grapes when I need something sweet and lowfat cottage cheese or cheese when I want the savory.
Fresh fruit is great, but since it’s not always the most portable and sometimes your want that candy bar sensation, we have Odwalla Berries Go Mega bars on hand. Thanks!
Popcorn. I love popcorn. not the bag kind covered in grease and salt. The airpopped kind. mmm

I’m definitely hooked on Special K bars, even though the last box I got really isn’t up to the usual quality.
I like to dip raw carrots in light ranch dressing.
Those would so come in handy around here. :) Since I’ve recently discovered I’m allergic to gluten, eggs, and dairy, I’d have to say my favorite snack is carrot sticks and sliced cucumbers. :) I’ve also enjoyed Hummis and tortilla chips. :)
Have you tried the quaker rice snacks? So yummy.

Must have healthy snack. We love nutrition bars. Often they are 150 calories or less and they loaded with vitamins and other good stuff. They are usually very low in sugars.
We love fresh fruit (whatever’s in season) as a snack around here.
We normally snack on cheese or granola. I like granola because it’s the hand to mouth action that’s most of the allure!
and I love the washcloths; they are adorable!
Gala apples. Love ’em!!! We always have about a dozen in the house.
